Myra Ebarb is the Director of People & Perks for Sachse Construction and Broder & Sachse Real Estate. Her 
responsibilities include overseeing all functions of the human resources department including team member relations, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits/wellness, and compliance. Myra has been in human resources and finance for over 15 years, having served as the Finance/Human Resources Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs, Finance Director for the Children’s Center of Wayne County, and the District Finance and Human Resources Manager for Edy’s Grand Ice Cream. Myra earned her BA from the University of Arizona, and her MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
