Tiffany Douglas is the Global Women’s Initiative and Underepresented Talent Strategy Executive for Bank of America, responsible for setting and driving diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with the bank’s leaders, markets and teams and external partners to ensure Bank of America is a place that not only mirror’s its community but is also a great place to work for all.
Tiffany joins the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization after serving as Market Executive for Detroit in the bank’s Local Market Organization where she was responsible for social governance initiatives, supporting the Market Presidents and Michigan Leadership Teams, the BAC Foundation and community outreach activities and initiatives. Tiffany also supported business integration and disseminated more than $30 million of investments that helped to drive and respond to community and economic mobility and racial equality.
After working in radio production and as an on-air personality, corporate events management, sales and marketing and a big box retailer, Tiffany found real passion in her the work she does in community. Work in community development and engagement, philanthropic management, communications, business integration and talent retention with Bank of America, she aligns the bank’s resources and capabilities against community need.
Tiffany joined LaSalle Bank in 2006, after ten years in leadership with the United Negro College Fund in Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and the Dakota’s where she was responsible for fund development, volunteer engagement, student recruitment, communications and overall management of the local organization.
As a director for Detroit Future City, The Detroit Children’s Fund, Henry Ford Health System Foundation, Delta Service through Detroit Foundation Inc., a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Sparky Anderson’s ‘CATCH’ Charity for Children, University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy, Executive Sponsor of BAC’s Black Professional Group and a member of three additional networks for Bank of America, Tiffany is a servant volunteer leader. She is passionate about the access of and to quality opportunities for metro Detroiter’s including training, higher education, fresh food and affordable housing. Her concern for these things are manifested in how a community’s health, wellness and economic prospects are impacted. Her service with organizations that help to impact the people of Detroit and its overall success is important to her as a mother and Detroiter.
A native of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Tiffany earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She and her husband, Mark have two children and are proud to make their home in the city of Detroit, Michigan.
