Grace Lee is the CEO/President of Ashford Connex, LLC., an executive search and staff augmentation firm. Prior to founding Ashford Connex, Grace was a co-founder and CFO of Logic Solutions, Inc., a global web technology company that provides technology solutions and services for businesses across the United States and Asia. Logic Solutions has over 250 employees globally and was one of the winners of State of Michigan’s Top 20 Companies to Watch in 2010.
Besides running a successful business, Grace is a passionate advocate of diversity and entrepreneurship. In addition to serving as the Treasurer for Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship in Washington D. C. (National ACE), Treasurer for Global Detroit, Board of Director of Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (Michigan) and Oakland Thrive, and members of International Women’s Forum.
She served as a Commissioner on the White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders, Commissioner at the Michigan Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission (Vice Chair/Secretary), Chair of the Board of Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC), Board of Directors of Michigan Minority of Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). She also served as the Treasurer for MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes Chapter, Vice President/Treasurer of Annual Collaboration for Entrepreneurship (ACE).
Grace was recognized by Crain’s Detroit as one of the Top 100 Most Influential women in Michigan in 2021. She received the MIT Enterprise Forum Excellence Award in 2012 as well as the Diversity award from Corp! Magazine in 2008.
Grace Lee holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
