Michigan Business & Professional Association will be hosting a healthcare webinar focused on reviewing the forms and instructions for the health coverage reporting requirements under Code Sections 6055 and 6056 on June 30, 2015 at 9:30 AM -11:00 AM (Eastern) for an employer with 50 or more employees for 2015.

In February 2015, the IRS released the forms for the reporting requirements (1094-B & 1095-B and 1094-C & 1095-C). At the same time, the IRS released their instructions. The instructions are over 15 pages in length and are very complex.

These forms are to report health coverage information to the IRS in 2015 and in early 2016.

This webinar will include a substantial question and answer period.
