You Earn*…
• $12 per contract for enrolling a new-to-BCBSM group with a three-tier with cost-management Rx plan.
• $8 per contract for switching or enrolling an existing BCBSM group to a three-tier with cost-management Rx plan.
• $4 per contract for enrolling a new-to-BCBSM group with a three-tier Rx plan OR switching or enrolling an existing BCBSM group to a three-tier Rx plan.
* Bonuses under this program are a one-time payout and will be paid quarterly beginning in April 2013.

Your clients can save 15 to 41 percent in annual premiums with cost-management features such as prior authorization/step therapy, which ensure that their employees are receiving the most appropriate drug therapy.
The guidelines:
- The pharmacy spurt bonus applies to groups with effective dates of Sept. 1, 2012, through Dec. 31, 2013.
- All Blues-contracted agents are eligible to participate in the bonus program as are all commissionable BCBSM groups. Non-commissionable and BCN groups are excluded. This incentive program provides participants with a one-time quarterly payment based on the number of enrolled contracts at the end of the bonus period. To qualify, groups must be active at the end of the quarter.
- A group is new-to-Blue if it hasn’t had Blues coverage for at least six months.
- This program is in addition to the standard commission schedule and the Blue Rewards program. Agents who receive a Simply Blue incentive aren’t eligible for the incentives in the three-tier Rx program.
