The content reviews the growing number of employees that have signs of employee burnout/depression. Who, by generation, is more prone to burnout/depression and the steps that we can take to support our workforce. Participants will take a 15-question quiz to test their own level of burnout. Data gathered shows the increase of depression since Covid when many employees moved their offices from the boardroom to the basement. This information is highly suggested for leadership, Human Resources, Managers, Supervisors and general team members.

Jill Gafner Livingston is owner of Global Training Experts LLC located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Jill is a behavior-based trainer and public speaker with over 20 years of experience training on multiple subjects. While proficient in process control, behavior modification, team development, and quality control she is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner offering instruction on Dementia specific behaviors. Jill’s experience includes delivery of over 1200 international training hours in China, Korea, India, Mexico, Austria, and Canada. Jill continues to coach over 2500 people per year on multiple processes and procedures. Jill is certified in Transactional Greenbelt (Problem Solving), Dale Carnegie, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer receiving her credentials through the International/National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in 2014.
In 2006 Jill authored “Personal Positioning for the Caregiver”, a motivational guide for caregivers on staying mentally healthy while caring for their patients. Jill’s successful message has been promoted on a national level through radio, television, and online support sites.
Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
