The most effective leaders both model resilience and foster it in others. However, this first requires leaders to broaden their definition of resilience and recognize it as one of their most powerful management tools. In this session, designed specifically for those who lead others, you will discover the critical components of resilient leadership; explore how resilient leadership creates sustainable, high-performing teams; and develop strategies for modeling resilient behaviors and coaching these skills to those you lead.
