MyBlue Agent Program – Blue Bucks
As the world of Health Care Reform continues to unfold, changing the landscape of the insurance, industry it’s important to know who you can partner with. The Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA) has been a partner to the independent agent community and we will continue to help support and advocate for agents as we all work together to help our clients in the new world of health insurance.
As a reminder, the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA) services members from the group market and the individual market everyday with a variety of programs & services developed especially for our clients needs. Our focus is on providing our members with information, educational tools and valuable resources to help both employers and their employees through reform. The MBPA has useful ACA tools & resources for you and your clients via our Health Care Reform Connect™ services.
The MBPA has supported the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Managing Agents Coverageforone.com system and sees the value in this innovative customizable enrollment tool. Coverageforone.com offers agents a unique custom branded enrollment website, including an agents personalized logo/contact information that you can share with your clients as they visit your website to enroll in the BCBSM individual product that best suits their needs. Best of all you earn commissions, and much of the work is done for you!
Beginning January 1, 2014, we will be bringing back our individual leads program and we invite you to join today.
Qualifications:
For every 10 enrolled individual members you will receive 5 “Blue Buck” leads (valued at $50). The individuals must be enrolled into a NEW BCBSM MyBlue product from the 2014 Individual Off-Marketplace Product Menu (BCBSM & BCN – Current menu options), Plus our sponsored acronym “AL” must be on the submitted paperwork or online enrollment to qualify.
Leads will be distributed in the month following the members’ enrollment and upon verification of approval. Blue Bucks can be used to drive leads to your agency, or help with marketing BCBSM to your clients that need individual coverage. Blue Bucks are for new BCBSM business.
