Emily Bauman has a passion for business and a desire to help others succeed to their highest potential. As a business coach, advisor, and training professional, she brings experience in business and executive development, strategic planning, sales, customer service, and marketing across many industries. She built and co-owned a landscape design and build firm and based their company philosophy on systems and processes that could be trained and duplicated time over time with the same exceptional results. Prior to venturing out as an entrepreneur, Emily spent over 12 years in leadership roles as a corporate trainer, sales, marketing and customer service. Emily is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of her BNI chapter and an Ambassador with Livonia Chamber of Commerce. She has served on several board of directors and continues to work with non-profit organizations as an advisor and volunteer.
