Lyle Labardee is the founder and CEO of Amplified Life Network: A behavioral healthcare group specializing in equipping employers with the services and resources necessary to promote workplace wellbeing and productivity. Lyle brings 25+ years of clinical expertise facilitating individual and organizational recovery from work-related incidents such as downsizings, disasters, and other disruptive workplace events including 9/11 and numerous active shooter incidents. Cross-trained and experienced in public safety, Lyle is also the founder and former CEO of Crisis Care Network which is today, R3 Continuum, the largest provider of crisis response services to EAPs and employers throughout North America. A recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Lyle understands the needs of business and industry and continues to serve as a trusted consultant and licensed behavioral healthcare provider to the national EAPs and the Fortune 500 companies.
